This book has over 40 paleo recipes taken from different acclaimed paleo cookbook authors. I really like the choice of recipes. I am sure it will please any paleo diet followers. The recipes are presented through each different book from where the recipe originates and have a direct link to these books if you would like to see more. I made the grilled shrimp scampis and the Hawaïan Kalua pork, both recipes were delicious. There is also an overview of what the paleo diet is at the beginning of the book. Well written book with great recipe ideas.
